Allana Ferguson bio

Allana played for Australia in Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries forced her to miss several seasons before switching to the Rugby League. Allana was the first to play in a female rugby union match which was held in New South Wales in 2013 and stood out in the game against Queensland. Allana is also a frequent radio personality, appearing regularly on 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana also holds a teaching degree. Allana Ferguson holds the rare honor of representing Australia in three different sports: rugby sevens, rugby league and touch. Allana Ferguson, the Jillaroos' most popular rugby player has to call time on her league career due to tearing her ACL four times. Ferguson ruptured her ACL four times age 15, 17 and 20. The fourth time she suffered the injury, her playing life was done. Ferguson, the JILLAROOS player has been forced to leave the team earlier due to a 4th left ACL injury. Ferguson had an injury to her ACL during training in November. This week she announced the information with The Courier Mail.
